What the Taiwan government scholarship Types:

• The KMU University Scholarships offer three stipends: Type A, Type B, and Type C, each with different allowances.
• Type A includes a monthly stipend, accommodation coverage, and tuition fee ranging from NTD 200.000 TO 260.000 per year.
• Type B includes accommodation coverage and tuition fee, ranging from NTD 80,000 to 140,000 per year.

Who can apply | Eligibility criteria:

To qualify for the Taiwan government scholarships, you must:

be a citizen of a developing country have completed high school (for bachelor's ) or an undergraduate degree ( for master 's ) and no need  English proficiency ( IELTS / TOFEL ) may be required depending on university ) not previously studied in Taiwan not be currently enrolled in a degree program in Taiwan

Applicants will typically need to submit the following documents:

• A Passport size  photograph
• online application from along with the KMU scholarship form 
• photocopy of a valid passport or proof of nationality
• The highest-level diploma 
• Official Transcripts
• English proficiency letter (No need of IELTS)
• A Study plan in English or Chinese
• Two letter of recommendation
• No application
